Class II type B 2 with 100% air renewal, equipped with two HEPA filters and a G4 pre-filter;
100% of the insufflated air is added to the 30% of the air that forms a protective curtain at the front of the cabin, thus preventing contaminated air from escaping into the laboratory, this air is exhausted to the external environment through a system duct, with a motor attached to the end of the duct system (outside the laboratory), this air is fully filtered by the hepa filter;
The cabin offers protection to the handled product, user and the environment. This equipment is intended for handling products with a high risk of contamination: HIV, Oncology, Tuberculosis, Avian flu and other viruses with a high risk to human health and the environment;
The equipment is completely under negative pressure, preventing contaminated air from escaping into the laboratory;
Equipment designed for class 100 work according to ABNT NBR 13.700 and ISO CLASS 5 according to international standard ISO 14.644-1;
Designed in accordance with the NSF-49 standard (USA) and INC procedures – (National Cancer Institute – USA);
Equipment manufactured from marine aluminum sheet and electrostatic epoxy paint (or galvanized steel sheet);
Internal work area made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a brushed anti-reflective or polished super finish;
Removable work area facilitating cleaning and sanitization; Armrest with elongated curvature;
HEPA filter class H13 / H14 according to EN 1822 standard, with efficiency 99.97 to 99.995% for 0.3u particles, structure in extruded anodized aluminum or galvanized steel;

Sliding tempered front glass with vertical displacement and counterweight system which allows it to stop at any position on its course and with a 5º inclination that provides better ergonomics and reduces reflections for the user;

Audio visual safety device, when the front glass exceeds 200 mm, which is a safe opening for work;
Safety device used to activate the UV lamp, only with the glass completely closed;

Minimum ceiling height of the room for installing the equipment: 2.60 m.
