Sterile Air Exhaust Unit

Application: Research laboratories, hospitals, operating rooms, isolation rooms and in all environments that require air to be controlled (filtered).

Sterile air exhaust unit, used as an extractor fan that provides negative pressure in isolated areas and also in places with a risk of contamination, such as: rooms for patients with infectious diseases, autopsy rooms, agricultural defensive production rooms, etc.

HEPA filter class H13 / H14 according to EN 1822 standard, with efficiency 99.97 to 99.995% for 0.3u particles, structure in extruded anodized aluminum or galvanized steel;

Pleated framed synthetic class G4 pre-filter, in accordance with EN 779 (NBR 16101);

Equipment made of naval aluminum sheet and white epoxy paint;

Protection screen for the G4 pre-filter and HEPA filter; Protection at the air outlet against rain;

Single-phase motor 1/3 hp or ½ hp with thermal protection and speed control;

Sirocco type fan;

On/Off switch; Two protection fuses;

Low noise < 65; Air speed 0.62 m/s +- 20%;

Power supply 220 V, 50/60 Hz;

Concentration point;

Support for wall mounting;
